Dorn Method and Massage

Dorn Method is an effective holistic therapy for back pain, sciatica, neck ache, whiplash and peripheral joints. Non manipulative techniques are used to help joints and vertebrae slip back into their natural positions. The benefits of Dorn Method will actively relieve other areas of pain working on the meridians and nerve system within the body. You will experience a rhythmical spinal back massage to safely stretch, align, energise and relax the spine.

NB: Dorn Method is carried out through loose fitting clothing except for the back massage part of the treatment and is performed by our talented Male Massage Therapist.
