Ragdale Awarded Gold

In a recent Investors In People assessment, Ragdale Hall, has been awarded the coveted gold status. This is the highest accolade a company can achieve and only five other businesses in the East Midlands hold this prestigious status.

Investors In People is awarded to organisations that meet the required standards in the delivery of ‘best practice’ in people management, ie learning and development, leadership, communication, involvement, recognition and reward. In addition to the standard level, bronze, silver and gold levels were added in 2009. 

The assessor commented “reaching Gold Status is a phenomenal achievement – Ragdale Hall is one of the most impressive organisations I have had the pleasure of assessing. They fully embrace the concept of getting the people bit right in order to get the rest of the business right and this ensures success and the enjoyment of the people who work for them. The sense of team work and sharing is exceptional and is reflected in the positive and welcoming atmosphere which is extended to all. They work hard but with a tremendous sense of pride in doing so”.

This award follows Ragdale’s amazing feat of being named as a finalist in the National Business Awards, Work Health and Wellbeing category late last year.
